Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect your email address, whatever you put on your page, and privacy-safe counts of page views. We don't store IP addresses, we don't set tracking cookies on public pages, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
What we hold
- Your email address — to sign you in and to email you about your account.
- Your page: username, display name, bio, photo and links.
- Payment records: amount, currency, provider and a provider reference. Never card details.
- Analytics events: a date, a device type (mobile/desktop/tablet), a country and the domain someone arrived from.
What we deliberately don't hold
No IP addresses, no visitor identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels. This is why public PlusLink pages carry no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Cookies
One cookie, set only when you log in, which keeps you signed in. It is not used for tracking and visitors to your public page never receive it.
Who else sees data
- Resend, which delivers our email.
- PayPal and Mercado Pago, which process payments.
- Google Safe Browsing, which we ask whether a submitted URL is known to be malicious.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server.
How long we keep it
Your account data for as long as the account exists. Analytics events for 24 months. Payment records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can delete your account and page from Account settings at any time, which removes your page, links and photos. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or for corrections, at hello@pluslink.me.
